Job summary

Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Central Booking Office Supervisor to lead a busy outpatient booking team. You will supervise staff, coordinate workloads, and maintain high standards of accuracy and patient-focused service across the Trust.

The role requires strong IT skills, experience with PAS (Lorenzo) and eRS, and the ability to work flexibly within a five-day rota. £28,392–£31,157 per year pro rata, permanent contract, closing 11 November 2026.

Qualifications

• GCSE level education is required.
• Experience supervising admin staff is desirable.
• Proven ability to manage workloads and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Central Booking Office staff and allocate workload.
• Ensure efficient service delivery and record-keeping.
• Provide line management and performance reviews.
• Support Booking Office Manager as needed.
