Job summary

Booker Group based at the Eccles Support Centre is recruiting two Central Billing Administrators to join the Central Billing team. You will provide professional administration to customers and suppliers, input account details using SAP and Excel, and handle invoice queries with accuracy.

You will work in a small team, liaise with internal stakeholders and maintain data integrity while delivering strong customer service and timely communications by phone and email.

Qualifications

• Great customer service skills, both via phone and email.
• Strong communication skills, daily dealings with suppliers and customers.
• Ability to problem solve and provide solutions to suppliers and customers.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office; basic Excel for spreadsheets.
• Previous accounts experience is desirable for supplier statement reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Input customer account details accurately into the system (SAP/Excel).
• Communicate with over 100 suppliers by phone and email; inform suppliers of customer requirements.
• Liaise with customers; provide excellent service and resolve queries.
• Deal with invoice queries and reconciliation; ensure data integrity and GDPR compliance.
• Work proactively as a key team member; liaise with internal colleagues from various departments.
