Booker Group plc is recruiting for 2 Central Billing Administrators to join the Central Billing team at the Eccles Support Centre. You will provide a professional administration service, input customer account details, and handle communications with suppliers and customers to ensure accurate billing and responsive service.

Working in a small team, you will contribute to data integrity and GDPR compliance, while coordinating with multiple departments to support billing processes and issue

Qualifications

• Input customer account details using SAP and Excel.
• Communicate effectively with over 100 suppliers by phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Input customer account details accurately onto the system (SAP/Excel).
• Communicate with suppliers by phone and email to inform customer requirements.
• Liaise with customers to provide excellent service and resolve queries.
• Handle invoice queries and reconciliation with attention to data accuracy.
