Overview

The Best connection - Manchester are recruiting a Class 1 Driver for one of our clients based in M17 who are a leading UK supplier in their industry. They are looking for an experienced Class 1 Driver (5+ yrs LGV C+E for insurance purposes) for multi-drop deliveries using Moffett truck-mounted forklifts (full Moffett training provided). This is not RDC work - it's varied and hands-on.

Start times

Between 4am-7am. Full-time, permanent role.

Job Description

• Deliver and place products on-site using site maps/plans
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Flex between driving and operational duties
• Regular nights out (paid £28), 12hr weekday shifts guaranteed

Pay & Benefits

• Weekdays: £17-£18/hr (up to £20.50/hr after 8pm)
• Saturday: £19.50-£20.50/hr
• Sunday: £22-£23/hr
• Monthly £100 performance bonus
• £50/week long-service bonus after 2 years
• Overtime available midweek and weekends
• Temp/Perm available dependent on performance
