NHS North Wales Cardiac Centre at Ysbyty Glan Clwyd is seeking an Administrator/Receptionist for the Cath Lab and Cardiac Physiology team. This part‑time Band 3 role requires a flexible, friendly approach and excellent customer service to support a busy clinic environment.

You will handle booking administration, maintain patient confidentiality and support pathways, with Welsh language ability being essential. Previous hospital reception experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Mathematics (or equivalent).
• NVQ Level 3 Customer Care or equivalent experience.
