Qualifications

• Welsh speaking (level 3) is essential for this post.
• GCSE Maths and English A-C.
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent knowledge and experience.
• IT qualification or proven experience using Microsoft Office packages.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical duties alongside nursing staff, Doctors and external sources.
• Deliver high levels of customer service and effective communication with patients and staff.
• Utilise IT systems for data entry and workload management.
• Work as part of a team in a busy hospital environment with flexibility across shifts.
