Location: Pembroke, Wales

Contract: Fixed term contract - start date pre 19th August

Salary: £26-£28 per hour (48hr per week, 4 days on/3 days off)

As the Catering Supervisor , you will be instrumental in ensuring the success of our night time catering operations. This position involves managing a team of general assistants and overseeing the daily workflow to maintain high standards of service overnight. Job Description

  • Team Leadership: Guide and motivate a team of general assistants, promoting a collaborative and dedicated work environment.
  • Operational Management: Strategically assign and manage tasks to ensure efficient operations throughout the day.
  • Quality Control: Oversee all aspects of food preparation, presentation, and service, adhering to industry-leading standards.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and feedback with professionalism and care, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Inventory and Supplies: Monitor inventory levels and manage orders to maintain essential stock for daily operations.
  • Safety Compliance: Enforce all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe and compliant workplace.

Qualifications

Proven Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory role within the catering industry is preferred.
