A local school catering service in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to oversee food preparation and service for students. This role demands a passion for food, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work collaboratively while maintaining high standards. The ideal candidate will hold a Food Safety Level 3 certification and an Allergy Awareness Certificate, combined with previous kitchen experience. The position offers a permanent contract with a competitive salary and supports flexible working options.
