Job description

We're recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor who is passionate about exceptional food and world-class customer service, and who can confidently oversee all Compass Group UK&I catering and service operations for Northern Ireland on a part time basis, contracted to 32.5 hours per week.

As a Catering Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring our kitchens and service counters run smoothly and helping to deliver truly incredible food experiences. Your key responsibilities
  • Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
  • Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness of the kitchen and surrounding areas
  • Ensuring the correct use of all machinery and equipment
  • Assisting with the loading or unloading of deliveries and supply vehicles
  • Representing Northern Ireland and maintaining a positive brand image
  • Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
  • Complying with Health & Safety regulations
Essential Criteria
  • Experience of Kitchen management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure,
  • Knowledge of HACCP
  • Food Safety Knowledge
Desirable
  • ALevel 2 in Food Safety
  • Experience withmenu planning,
  • Experience with stock control, purchasing, and profit optimisation.
