My Client is actively looking to recruit a full time chef manager at this busy school based in the Reading area.

Managing a large school feeding approx. 1100 children per day.

An understanding in education catering is very important as the school is very focused on the Catering dept.

The catering dept. is made up of 8 staff and all work close with the teachers and masters.

This role is very front facing and regular contact with the pupils on the counter service operation. A food lead chef manager is essential and the knowledge of local and national food trends would help hugely.

This role is breakfast, lunch and dinner but the unit is closed some weeks during the holiday periods. The role is Monday to Friday.

A fantastic role for the right chef manager who is happy to work early evenings but no weekend and have the luxury of limited working weeks due to the school breaks.
