A leading hospitality provider in Hinxton is seeking a Catering Assistant to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include food preparation, customer service, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, be a team player, and possess a safety-first mindset. This role requires flexibility for varied shifts, including evenings and weekends, with a commitment to quality and teamwork.
As a Catering Assistant at Hinxton Hall, you will be the face of our business, delivering exceptional customer service for Restaurant Associates on a full time, permanent basis. This role requires you to be responsible for a variety of tasks, including basic food production & preparation, customer service, and supporting the overall catering operations while ensuring compliance with all Health and Food Safety regulations. Supporting the delivery of the excellent front of house operation standards onsite is expected whereby you will be welcoming guests, serving food & drinks, operating the till system, serving coffees and cocktails and supporting with evening events are also expected.
Shifts will vary between Monday to Sunday. Due to the nature of the business, successful candidates should be flexible and able to work evenings and weekends. Due to the location of Hinxton Hall, it is essential that you are able to get to and from site without relying on public transport.
