Job description

As a Stockroom Assistant, you'll work behind the scenes to ensure smooth stock movement and replenishment, keeping the shop floor fully stocked and supporting a great customer experience. This role is vital to maintaining operational excellence, supporting store teams, and ensuring every product is in the right place at the right time.

Stock & Replenishment

• Support the receipt, unpacking, and accurate processing of deliveries
• Replenish the shop floor promptly and efficiently to maintain availability
• Monitor stock levels and support stock counts and inventory control

Stockroom Standards & Organisation

• Organise and maintain the stockroom in line with company standards
• Ensure products are stored safely and accessibly

Operational & Team Support

• Support store colleagues by ensuring product availability
• Adhere to all health & safety procedures within the stockroom and back of house
• Be flexible to support the shop floor during busy trading periods when required
