Job summary

Millennium Hotels UK is hiring a Room Attendant to maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas. You will clean bedrooms and bathrooms, replace linens, and ensure amenities are stocked according to brand guidelines, contributing to a welcoming hotel experience.

The role offers flexible working hours, including weekends and school-friendly shifts, and comes with staff benefits such as meals on duty, discounts, and a pension scheme. Previous housekeeping experience is helpful but not required.

• Working Hours: As required, flexible, weekend only and school friendly hours available

Room Attendant will do:

• Clean guest bedrooms, bathrooms and vacuum rooms and corridors
• Change and replenish bed linen, towels, and guest amenities in line with company guidelines.
• Undertake regular deep cleaning tasks
• Ensure that all equipment inside and around Guest rooms as well as in work areas and used when performing housekeeping responsibilities is in working condition
• Be environmentally aware
• Manage guest requests in a timely and efficient manner.
