Job summary

The Copthorne Cardiff by Millennium Hotels UK is hiring a Casual Room Attendant to clean guest rooms, replenish amenities and help deliver an excellent guest experience. Flexible weekend hours and school-friendly shifts are available, with a paid hourly rate of £12.71.

You will work to high standards, maintain equipment, handle guest requests promptly, and participate in our training and development programs as part of Millennium Hotels & Resorts.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest bedrooms, bathrooms and vacuum rooms and corridors
• Change and replenish bed linen, towels, and guest amenities in line with company guidelines
• Undertake regular deep cleaning tasks
• Ensure that all equipment inside and around Guest rooms as well as in work areas and used when performing housekeeping responsibilities is in working condition
• Be environmentally aware
• Manage guest requests in a timely and efficient manner

The Copthorne Cardiff is looking for a Casual Room Attendant who will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and replenishing amenities to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. As a Room Attendant, you will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is offered at all times, in line with our core values and standards, and that guests' expectations are exceeded.

• Salary: £12.71 p/h
• Working Hours: As required, flexible, weekend only and school friendly hours available
