Job summary

Millennium Hotels is seeking a Casual Food & Beverage Assistant at Copthorne Hotel Cardiff-Caerdydd. You will deliver friendly service across breakfast and dinner shifts and assist guests with orders and payments.

Join a welcoming, team‑oriented hotel; benefits include training, staff meals, parking, and ongoing development. Experience with Micros POS is a plus, and shifts vary to cover seven days a week.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a busy beverage service position is requested.
• Attentive, professional customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a large team.
• Experience of processing payments (Micros experience advantageous).
• Available for morning and/or evening shifts to ensure seamless service for each guest.

We are looking for dynamic individuals that put great customer service at the heart of everything that they do. We currently have a number of contracts available so are happy to discuss flexible working to suit both you and the needs of the business...*Our guests stay 7 days a week so we do need someone who is available to work a variety of shifts.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in a busy beverage service position is requested

• Experience of processing payments (experience of Micros would be advantageous)
• As the position covers breakfast or dinner service the employee would need to be available for morning and/or evenings to ensure seamless service for each guest
