Millennium Hotels and Resorts UK is seeking a Casual Food & Beverage Assistant for Copthorne Hotel Cardiff-Caerdydd. You will serve guests across restaurant, bar, breakfast, and events, communicating menu options clearly and handling payments efficiently.

• As the position covers breakfast or dinner service the employee would need to be available for morning and/or evenings to ensure seamless service for each guest.
