Job summary

Millennium Hotels in Cardiff is seeking a Casual Food & Beverage Assistant to join the Copthorne Hotel Cardiff-Caerdydd team. You will provide friendly service at breakfast and/or dinner, take orders, handle payments, and help ensure smooth operations in a busy beverage environment.

The role requires hospitality experience, a positive attitude, and the ability to work as part of a large team. Salary is up to £12.71 per hour, with flexible shifts and opportunities for training and benefits daily

Do you enjoy talking to people and thrive off working in a fast-paced bar environment..? Are you quick on your feet (literally and metaphorically), know your Sipsmiths from your Tanqueray, and have a polite and friendly attitude..? If yes, we'd like to meet you!

We are looking for dynamic individuals that put great customer service at the heart of everything that they do. We currently have a number of contracts available so are happy to discuss flexible working to suit both you and the needs of the business...*Our guests stay 7 days a week so we do need someone who is available to work a variety of shifts.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in a busy beverage service position is requested
• Attentive, professional customer service skills
• The ability to work well under pressure and as part of a big team
• Experience of processing payments (experience of Micros would be advantageous)
• As the position covers breakfast or dinner service the employee would need to be available for morning and/or evenings to ensure seamless service for each guest
