Millennium Hotels UK is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the Housekeeping team in our London property. You will supervise Room Attendants and Public Area Attendants, conduct room inspections, allocate daily tasks, and coordinate with Front Office to ensure timely guest room availability.

You'll train and develop staff, enforce health and safety and cleaning standards, manage stock, assist with rota planning, and respond to guest requests professionally.

Formación

• Experience supervising housekeeping teams in a hotel.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Ability to coordinate with Front Office and manage rosters.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and support Room Attendants and Public Area Attendants to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel.
• Conduct inspections of guest rooms, suites, corridors, and public areas to ensure they meet brand and company standards.
• Allocate daily assignments and monitor productivity to ensure departmental targets are achieved.
• Coordinate room status updates with the Front Office team to ensure timely availability of guest rooms.
• Assist with the training, coaching, and development of housekeeping team members.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures, company policies, and cleaning standards.
• Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities, reporting shortages as required.
• Support the Housekeeping Management team with rota planning, attendance monitoring, and daily departmental administration.
• Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure that lost property procedures are followed and records are accurately maintained.
• Promote a positive and collaborative working environment within the department.
• Assist with deep cleaning programmes and special cleaning projects as required.
• Undertake any other reasonable duties requested by the Housekeeping Manager or Executive Housekeeper.
