We’re a sustainable fashion brand on a mission to change the way products are made and shipped.

We’re looking for hands‑on Production Operative to help us deliver high‑quality products to customers around the world. This position is for Night Shifts (11pm - 7am). It is a casual position with shifts available from the beginning of November right through to Christmas.

What you’ll do:

• Pick, pack, print, and produce garments to a high standard
• Meet daily production targets and uphold team KPIs
• Keep equipment and work areas clean, safe, and ready to go
• Follow standard operating procedures to ensure consistent quality
• Support teammates and assist with training
• Bring a forward‑thinking approach, using new tools and ideas (including AI) to make production smarter and faster
