Casual Groups Sales Assistant - London

Are you great with customers, but looking for something a little bit different? ATG Entertainment are looking for someone with great customer service skills to join as a Groups Sales Assistant at our New Wimbledon Theatre.

Working across the Marketing and Communications Team and the Ticketing and Sales Team, you will work with both managers to deliver increased ticket sales.

Responsibilities
  • Ticketing operations for groups, proactively handling enquiries and problem solving with a high level of efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensure smooth communication with all theatre departments, visiting companies and producers.
  • Act as an ambassador for the ATG brand by being pleasant and collaborative in day‑to‑day work, liaising and communicating effectively with everyone.
  • Take responsibility for a range of tasks within a friendly, passionate and ambitious team in a unique theatre with an ever‑changing programme of events.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in theatre is not required.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Aged 18+.
