Position Overview

We are seeking hardworking, professional, customer‑focused people to work casually as Front of House Duty Managers.

Responsibilities

• Supervising the team of Ushers
• Overseeing the smooth running of all events
• Providing exceptional customer service and being proactive in responding to customer needs
• Providing critical support in the event of an evacuation
• Ensuring the highest levels of professionalism are delivered in all of the college’s venues

Schedule

This role is based on a casual contract where shift times and hours of work are dependent on the volume of programmed events. The successful candidate will be expected to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

Experience in a similar Front of House role is desirable but not essential. However, a previous role within a customer service environment alongside a proactive and positive attitude is required.
