Job summary

Crewe Hall Hotel & Spa, part of The QHotels Collection, is offering a flexible part-time Food & Beverage role across guest areas. You will help ensure guest satisfaction, update pricing and promotions, and advise guests to maximise sales.

Crewe Hall is just outside Crewe, a 4*, 117-bedroom property with Brasserie restaurant and terrace bar, offering afternoon tea, private dining and event spaces, plus gym, pool, spa and tennis courts.

• Passion for delivering exceptional guest service.

• Good time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Stationed in a variety of Food & Beverage areas across the hotel ensuring guest satisfaction and brand standards are met.
• Keep up to date with pricing and promotions in order to provide advice to guests and maximise sales.

What will I do?

You will be stationed in a variety of Food & Beverage areas across the hotel ensuring guest satisfactionandbrandstandardsare met. You will keep up to date with pricing and promotionsin order toprovide advice to guestsand maximise sales.
