A leading investment management firm is seeking a CASS Oversight Associate for a 12-month fixed-term contract to ensure compliance with CASS regulations. The role involves monitoring adherence, reporting findings, and developing expertise in CASS regulations. Candidates should have experience in retail asset management, but training is available. This is a great job keen and motivated learner. Experience with the CASS sourcebook is preferred but not essential; full training and support will be provided.
As a CASS Oversight Associate you will play a key role in ensuring Aviva Investors asset management business complies with CASS regulations. This involves overseeing and monitoring adherence through a structured schedule of activities providing management information and reporting on findings and supporting the wider business to maintain robust CASS‑compliant processes. You will develop and maintain in‑depth knowledge of the CASS rulebook and stay informed on regulatory developments including FCA policy statements and industry trends. Additionally you will build a strong understanding of the operational and regulatory obligations of an asset manager operating in the UK.
