Bunzl Greenham, Isleworth, is seeking a Sales Ledger Administrator to help maximise cash flow by proactive credit management and collections. The role requires handling customer queries and resolving issues across internal and external contacts.

You will perform cash allocation, maintain ledgers, and pursue overdue balances, while supporting colleagues and contributing to overall debt reduction with a focus on timely, accurate processes.

Formación

• Experience in credit control and cash collection with regular customer contact.
• Ability to allocate cash and manage the sales ledger accurately.
• Proven skill in building relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Experience with dunning and proactive debt recovery processes.
• Strong attention to detail and timely reporting of outstanding balances.

Responsabilidades

• Credit control and cash collection by contacting customers and following up due monies.
• Cash allocation and sales ledger management to ensure accurate postings.
• Manage ledgers and reduce aged debt.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
• Dunning: send overdue letters and take pre-legal action as needed.
• Handle customer queries and ensure timely recording of interactions.
• Escalate risks to Senior/Team Leader when necessary.
• General admin and filing; stand in for team members as required.
