ICare Group is seeking a Finance Administrator / Sales Ledger Clerk on a maternity cover contract to join our Finance Team. You will handle day-to-day sales ledger and credit control activities, ensuring invoicing and cashflow tasks run smoothly.

You will prepare invoices, process payments, maintain ledgers in Sage, and provide accurate reports and excellent service to internal teams and external customers.

Qualificações

• Experience in Sales Ledger, Credit Control, or Finance Administration/Accounts Administration.
• Strong Excel and spreadsheet abilities.
• Numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, validate and submit weekly and monthly invoices.
• Process invoices for authorities, private customers and other stakeholders.
• Upload invoices and claims to customer portals.
• Maintain accurate sales ledger records using Sage and other finance systems.
• Allocate customer payments and investigate discrepancies.
• Support cash flow reporting and banking activities.
