A growing South London practice specialising in large-scale residential, workplace and commercial developments seeks an experienced Associate to join their expanding team. With fantastic growth plans for 2026, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to landmark projects and help shape an upward-trajectory practice.

Responsibilities
  • Lead multi-residential and workplace projects through all RIBA stages, managing teams and maintaining design quality, programme and budget
  • Act as primary client contact, building relationships and managing expectations
  • Lead design development on new commissions and competitions
  • Coordinate consultant teams and resolve technical challenges
  • Support business development and contribute to practice strategy
  • Mentor junior staff and represent the practice at client meetings and industry events
Qualifications
  • RIBA Part III qualified and ARB registered
  • 8-10+ years post-qualification experience leading multi-residential/workplace projects
  • Proven track record managing £5m-£50m+ projects across all RIBA stages
  • Strong design sensibility balanced with commercial awareness
  • Excellent technical delivery skills and construction knowledge
  • Revit proficiency; BIM workflow experience advantageous
  • Confident client-facing and presentation skills
  • Team management and mentoring experience
