It is great if you have experience working in care however your personal qualities are key and should shine through, you must be cheerful, give big smiles be caring and compassionate that will help with the care we provide each of our residences. Each day can be varied so you would need to think on your feet, open to participate in daily activities like dancing and singing along with our residents. Timekeeping is crucial, you should arrive on time, take your time to listen, understand and provide the best care.
