Job Description

We are looking for people with kind, compassionate hearts who want to make a true difference in the quality of life for our clients to join our team in Lewisham and Southwark as a CAREGiver. As a CAREGiver, you will provide a variety of home services to help clients stay independent in their own homes, including:

  • Personal Care Duties
  • Administering Medication
  • Manual handling, using equipment where required
  • Promoting health and wellbeing of Clients
  • Flexibly work a range of shift patterns

You do not need any experience or particular qualifications to become a CAREGiver. However, it would be useful to have some experience of working in a care setting or interacting with older people. This could be personal experience caring for a family member or voluntary experience. You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy, and respectful. You will enjoy building professional friendships and be comfortable spending time in the company of others.

This role is UK-based, and the right to work in the UK will need to be established as part of the recruitment process.

Qualifications

Training and support are provided. Experience working in care would be a benefit.
