A leading academic assessment organization in the UK is seeking a Senior Quality and Compliance Manager. This role involves managing exam security, developing policies, and leading a team to ensure compliance across global exam centres. Candidates should have experience in exam delivery, strong leadership skills, and be an Excel user. The Exam Services team delivers millions of English Language assessments each year and is responsible for test security and exam centre compliance, protecting the reputation of the exams and ensuring fairness for everyone taking our assessments. We are Cambridge University Press & Assessment, a world-leading academic publisher and assessment organisation and a proud part of the University of Cambridge. We are looking for a fixed-term Senior Quality and Compliance Manager who can balance test security with practical needs of exam centres. You will manage risks and issues, communicate clearly at all levels, investigate issues, and work with other teams to resolve them and prevent recurrence. You will understand the security challenges of running exams and mitigations that can be put in place.
