Job summary

A regional educational institution in the West Midlands is seeking to appoint two part-time Careers Advisors to provide high-quality career guidance and support to students across multiple campuses. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in careers guidance, the ability to foster strong student relationships, and a passion for student development. Positions are available for either three or six days a week, with a salary of £30,859 pro rata.

Job description

Salary: £30,859 pro rata

We are seeking to appoint two suitably qualified Careers Advisors to join our dedicated Student Services Team. The successful candidates will work proactively across our campuses to deliver high-quality, impartial information, advice, guidance, and career development opportunities to students.

In this pivotal role, you will build strong relationships with students, offering tailored advice to support their progression beyond college. You will also contribute to the organisation of relevant events and external speakers and events that enhance students career readiness.

Applicants must bring energy, enthusiasm, and proven experience in delivering careers guidance in one-to-one and in group settings.
