Job summary

Seetec Group Ltd. in Bridgwater is seeking an Employment Adviser to guide participants toward sustainable employment, coaching and mentoring them through their journey. You will manage a caseload, build strong relationships and motivate customers to overcome barriers to work.

This role requires excellent customer service, a proactive approach, and the ability to work under pressure. It is office-based, 37 hours per week, with a salary of £26,500–£29,545 and a range of employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the local labour market
• Basic self-employment knowledge
• IT literacy across Microsoft Office
• Experience in a target-driven environment
• Experience delivering services to meet contractual/quality standards
• Knowledge of the employability and recruitment industries
• Experience delivering information, advice and guidance
• Hold a full driving licence

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal KPI targets
• Manage a caseload to help customers overcome barriers to employment
• Deliver a positive onboarding experience for new customers
• Provide tailored job-search and interview preparation support
• Build relationships with employers and stakeholders
