The Employment Adviser role at Seetec Group is based in Warrington with a permanent contract and 37 hours per week, offering a rewarding opportunity to guide and support participants toward sustainable employment.

You will manage a caseload, coach and mentor individuals, and build strong relationships while achieving KPIs in a target-driven environment. The role emphasises customer service, safeguarding, and working as part of an employee-owned organisation.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of self-employment and related support pathways.
• Strong IT skills, with experience using Microsoft Office programmes.
• Experience working in a target-driven environment.
• Proven ability to deliver services in line with contractual and quality standards.
• Knowledge of the employability and recruitment sectors.
• Experience providing information, advice, and guidance to individuals.
• Ability to build relationships and support people to achieve their goals.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required.

Responsabilités

• Manage and progress a caseload of customers, supporting them to overcome barriers and move into employment.
• Meet and exceed personal performance targets (KPIs).
• Deliver a positive and engaging experience that encourages customer participation.
• Build tailored Action Plans using SMART goals to support timely and effective progression.
• Provide personalised job search support, including CV writing and interview preparation.
• Match customers to suitable job opportunities.
• Adhere to the company’s policies and procedures always, including safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion, quality, health and safety and IT.
• To undertake any other duties, as required, appropriate to the post.
