Job summary

Helping Hands Liverpool seeks a part-time Care and Training Practitioner to train and mentor new carers, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care. You will support compliance, documentation and onboarding, helping the branch maintain standards and strong customer relationships.

With a focus on coaching, audits and visits to review care plans, this role blends hands-on leadership with field support. A full UK driving licence and effective communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Care Assistant and desire to advance.
• Full, clean UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Strong communication and compliance focus.
• People-first mindset with calm, leading by example.

Responsibilities

• Train, mentor and support new carers to deliver extraordinary care.
• Assist branch with compliance, auditing and documentation.
• Complete spot checks and supervisions to maintain care standards.
• Visit customers to review care plans for accuracy and safety.
• Support on-call duties per branch rota.
