The Role

As a Care Team Leader, you’ll take on the rewarding responsibility of ensuring our residents receive exceptional, person-centred care at all times. Working closely with the Deputy Manager, you will :

  • Lead and support staff throughout each shift
  • Oversee staff allocations and daily care coordination
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate records
  • Conduct care assessments and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Foster a positive, empowering, and collaborative team environment
  • Your leadership will have a direct, meaningful impact on the well‑being and happiness of the residents we support.
