Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Care Team Leader at The Chestnuts to lead by example and provide high-quality care and companionship to residents, supporting personal care and daily living.

This full-time role (42 hours per week) includes planning activities, overseeing medication administration, and coordinating with families and health professionals. It offers development, funded training to QCF Level 5, a pension, and flexible pay options.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK.
• At least 2 years’ experience in social care.
• QCF Level 2 (or above).

We’re Looking For

• Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK
