Job summary

Agincare is seeking an experienced Care Team Leader at Cheriton Care Home in Dorchester to lead a dedicated team, supervise daily care for residents, and ensure a warm, safe home environment. You will support personal care, plan activities, and coordinate with families and healthcare professionals.

We require at least 2 years in social care, 42 hours/week (day shifts) and availability for alternate weekends. Ongoing training and a pension scheme are provided, with visa sponsorship not available.

Qualifications
