Job summary

Agincare is seeking a caring, capable professional to join Critchill Court Care Home in Frome. You will lead high-quality, person-centred care, supporting residents with dignity and independence, while administering medications accurately and contributing to care plans.

The role is 42 hours per week, including alternate weekends, with a focus on compassionate leadership and team support. A Level 2 in Health & Social Care is required, with progression towards Level 3 encouraged.

• Experience in care settings and medication administration is valued.

We're looking for:

• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK
• Must hold a Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 3)
• 42 hours per week, including alternate weekends
• A caring, confident team player with leadership qualities

Your role:

• Deliver and lead high-quality, person-centred care
• Support residents with personal care, dignity, and independence
