Job summary

Agincare Hazlemere Lodge Care Home is seeking an experienced care professional to deliver and lead high-quality, person-centred care. You will support residents with their dignity and independence, administer medications safely, and help develop and review care plans with the care team.

This role requires 42 hours per week, including alternate weekends, a Level 2 Health & Social Care (or progress toward Level 3), and prior leadership experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 2 Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 3).
• 42 hours per week, including alternate weekends.
• Experience in a senior or team leader role is desirable, but not essential.
• Experience with medication administration is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and lead high-quality, person-centred care.
• Support residents with personal care, dignity, and independence.

• Lead activities, outings, and meaningful engagement.

We're looking for:

• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK
• Level 2 Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 3)
• 42 hours per week, including alternate weekends
• A caring, confident team player with leadership qualities
• Experience in a senior or team leader role is desirable, but not essential
• Experience with medication administration is essential
