Pay: £13.00 per hour

Job Description

NESI Professionals are looking for health and social care professionals to join the team on a full‑time or part‑time basis. You will support a variety of Service users – young people, vulnerable adults and the elderly – help them achieve their goals, learn new skills and gain independence.

Core Responsibilities
  • Provide compassionate care and support to service users.
  • Prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Pass information methodically between other healthcare team members.
  • Maintain composure in challenging situations and de‑escalate crisis.
  • Work long hours, including overnight shifts when required.
  • Assist with training and development during the 12‑week induction.

Job Types: Full‑time, Part‑time, Permanent

Part‑time hours: 12–48 per week

Location: In person. Requires reliable commute to Manchester, Salford, Bury, Bolton, Blackburn, Burnley, Accrington, St Helen's, Liverpool/Merseyside area – or plan to relocate before starting work (required).
