The Welwyn & Hatfield office are now looking to recruit people who live in Borehamwood, Hatfield, Potter's Bar and Welwyn locations and we will, where possible, work with your personal availability.

We do require all staff to work their agreed hours on alternate weekends – essential.

You must be passionate about what you do, with your own car – essential because we travel between clients and drive them to appointments on a daily basis. You must also have a full UK Driving Licence.

You must have the Right to Work in the UK and this will be established later during any recruitment process. We are currently NOT licensed to sponsor people and are unable to use people currently sponsored by other companies.

As a Care & Support Assistant in our adult care community‑based programme, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for adults who require assistance with daily activities and support needs.

  • Provide personalised care and support to adults in their homes or community settings
  • Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
  • Administer medications and monitor health conditions as directed by healthcare professionals
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other caregivers
  • Accompany clients to medical appointments and community activities
  • Promote independence and dignity while ensuring client safety and well‑being
  • Respond promptly and appropriately to emergencies or changes in client condition
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients

Benefits Include:

  • Hourly rates of £12.00 per hour (averaging £14.00 with benefits)
  • Higher rates for evening and weekend hours
  • Paid travel time between clients (some restrictions apply)

We are also interested in Live‑In care professionals and as a Live‑In Care Professional, you will be provided with 3 meals a day or an allowance from the client, a separate room to stay and access to a TV and WiFi. In addition, we offer comprehensive training and support and high rates of pay.
