The ideal candidate will have NVQ Level 3 or equivalent and experience in a senior care role. Your focus as Care Supervisor will be to manage, support and guide a small team within the Care Services team ensuring Avery processes and procedures are followed to the highest standards and ensuring that our resident’s choices, dignity, independence, and personal safety are at the core of all care and support activity.
