Job summary

Home Instead Market Harborough is seeking a Care Professional Scheduling Coordinator to organise client schedules, coordinate with Care Professionals and participate in an on-call rota. You will ensure consistent assignments and maintain high-quality client care plans.

The role requires experience in scheduling within home care, strong IT and CRM skills, and excellent communication. DBS checks and driving licence may be required for field duties.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling in home care or related logistics.
• Proficient with IT systems (MS Office/Google Suite) and CRM.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work calmly under pressure and multitask.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client schedules and balance needs with Care Professionals.
• Support consultations, service reviews and client support plans.
• Respond to scheduling changes with relevant teams.
• Match Care Professionals to new clients in collaboration with client services.
• Conduct staff supervision and client quality assurances.
• Maintain consistent Care Professional assignments and on-call coverage.
• Assist with on-call duties and other duties for smooth operation.
