Home Instead is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to plan and manage client and Care Professional rosters in the UK. The role focuses on efficient scheduling, travel time optimization and real-time adjustments to changing needs.

The position involves matching carers with clients, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring franchise standards are met across scheduling and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience in a scheduling or coordinating role within home care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to plan, prioritise and remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain effective schedules for clients and Care Professionals.
• Optimize travel time and availability to meet client needs.
• Be responsive to changes with real-time adjustments.
• Match Care Professionals with clients with introductions in collaboration with the care team.
• Maintain relationships with clients and Care Professionals to ensure a positive experience.
• Ensure compliance with franchise standards, including introductions prior to first visits.
• Work with recruitment to meet staffing levels as required.
• Participate in on-call rota as needed.
