• Ensure schedules consider travel time, holidays, training, and cancellations.
• Be responsive to changes and liaise with team members.
• Match care professionals to new clients and arrange introductions.
• Maintain consistent schedules with the same care professional when possible.
• Develop relationships with clients and care professionals to ensure positive experiences.
• Work with recruitment to meet staffing needs and resource care packages.
