Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling in home care or related logistics.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software; able to learn new tech.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational ability and calm under pressure.
• Team player with good rapport-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Understand and build effective schedules around clients and CAREGivers.
• Ensure schedules account for travel time, holidays, training and cancellations.
• Be responsive to changes and liaise with team members.
• Match CAREGivers to new clients and arrange introductions.
• Ensure consistent schedules for clients and the same CAREGiver when possible.
• Develop relationships with clients and CAREGivers for positive experiences.
• Coordinate with recruitment to meet staffing needs.
• Ensure care packages are resourced and scheduled promptly.
• Maintain client and CAREGiver data in the scheduling system.
• Carry out additional duties for successful operation.
