Home Instead Market Harborough is seeking a flexible Care Professional Scheduler who can build effective schedules for clients and carers, ensuring continuity of care. You will liaise with clients and the care team to deliver high-quality scheduling and support.

Training and DBS checks are part of the role, with on-call duties as needed. Experience in scheduling within home care or logistics, good IT skills in Office or Google Suite, and a driving licence are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience scheduling in a home care or related environment such as logistics.
• Proficient IT with MS Office/Google Suite and CRM software.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client and Care Professional schedules to align needs.
• Support care consultations, service reviews and client support plans.
• Match Care Professionals to new clients with the client services team.
• Update and maintain client and Care Professional information in the scheduling system.
