Job summary

Careium is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Advisor / Scheduler in Blackburn to coordinate technician visits, onboard new customers and support care professionals. You’ll manage enquiries by phone and email, maintain accurate records and liaise with social care teams to ensure a seamless service from start to finish.

With a busy, people-focused environment, you’ll prioritise to meet targets, support onboarding, and contribute to delivering exceptional customer service every day.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is essential.
• Excellent communication skills and a personable manner.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in records.
• Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Schedule technician visits for installations, repairs and collections.
• Maintain and update technician diaries for efficiency.
• Onboard new customers and set up accounts.
• Handle customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Build relationships with Adult Social Care teams and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure service delivery.
• Meet service levels, KPIs and quality standards.
• Identify and resolve customer issues quickly and professionally.
