Job summary

Careium in Blackburn is seeking a Customer Service Advisor / Scheduler to coordinate technician appointments, support onboarding, and liaise with local authorities and care professionals. The role combines customer service, administration and scheduling to ensure a seamless service from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling technician visits for installations, repairs and equipment collections.
• Managing and updating technician diaries to maximise efficiency.
• Supporting the onboarding of new customers and setting up accounts.
• Handling customer enquiries via telephone and email.
• Building positive relationships with Adult Social Care teams and other stakeholders.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation.
• Working closely with colleagues across different departments to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Meeting service levels, performance targets and quality standards.
• Identifying and resolving customer issues quickly and professionally.
