Job summary

Home Instead in Market Harborough, England, United Kingdom is seeking a Care Scheduler to coordinate our care services. You will create and manage staff rotas and care schedules, and match carers with clients based on skills, availability and continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Good working knowledge of IT systems with experience of Microsoft Office or Google Suite and CRM software with the ability to learn and adopt new technologies where appropriate.
• Highly resilient and positive with excellent communications skills.
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills with the ability to work calmly and accurately under pressure.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.

Flexibility to occasionally work outside 9-5 Monday to Friday to meet the demands of the business.

Happy to be part of our on call rota Monday - Thursday 1 week in 5
