• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities with clients, families and professionals.
• Ability to balance operational priorities while keeping client needs at the centre.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage care staff rotas to ensure safe service delivery.
• Match carers to clients based on skills, continuity and needs.
• Respond to changes in care requirements, emergencies and staffing challenges.
• Liaise with clients, families, healthcare professionals and external agencies.
• Support recruitment, induction and supervision of care staff.
• Monitor care delivery for compliance with standards and policies.
• Complete care reviews and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure visits are covered while promoting continuity of care.
• Support investigations and quality improvement initiatives.
• Build positive relationships with care teams and provide day-to-day guidance.
